Pali Chanting sessions

Chanting is another way of helping one to focus one's mind.  By chanting the various suttas, one recollects the meaning behind these teachings and cultivates one's mental well-being.  Chanting also produces soothing effects and induce peace and calm of the mind.

Vipassana Meditation

Vipassana or insight meditation is an experiential practice based on the development of focused awareness. It can help to improve one's life by helping one to handle negative emotions better. Practitioners will find his or her life becomes increasingly directed by consideration, compassion and clarity.

Date : Every Thursday
Time: 7pm - 9pm
Venue: Dhamma Hall
(New classes start every 1st Thursday of the month)

 
Sunday Morning Service (SMS)

Speakers will be invited every Sunday to share the Dharma and how they apply it in their everyday life.

Guided meditation will also be provided for beginners twice a month. This is especially good for beginners who have not experienced meditation before.
