It's a trip where we "went back to the Nature".  After clearing the customs in Johor, we had to do a quick detour to buy food for dana before heading for Santi Forest Monastery in Ulu Tiram.  The monastery was situated in the forest, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the bus had to do a couple of turns skilfully along the narrow road before we reached the monastery. 

After offering dana to the Sangha, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to listen to a short dhamma talk by Bhante Mettico.  From Ulu Tiram, we moved on to the second destination "Desaru Fruit Farm", another place close to nature.  It was interesting to know that we could find many fruits in the farm, eg dragonfruit, banana, jambu, guava, etc.

One day passed very quickly and soon we had to go back from "Nature" to the concrete jungle.  Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time together, first feeding our mind (listening to the Dhamma talk in the monastery) and subsequently feeding our stomach (with the tons of fruits and a wonderful dinner).  Sadhu ! yummy !
